Match Ratio: 3:1

Match Technique: Individual matching only non-cases as controls.

Additional Matching Comments: Draw age +/- 2 years and draw date +/- 90 days were considered optimal. These were progressively loosened to attain matches. 8 case sets are incomplete due to age/date of draw proximity being inadequate.

• Entry Season and Year
• Age at Randomization (5 year intervals)
• Study Year of Blood Draw

Match Ratio: 2-to-1

Match Technique: Individual matching with replacement and cases as controls.

Additional Matching Comments: The cases and controls were split into tree categories: 2009-00506 cases/controls, 'clean' cases/controls (1st cancers), and 'dirty' cases/controls (1st MM/Lymphoma dx). The controls were then rematched to GWAS subjects (without replacement).
