  • Age at Blood Draw (+/- 2 years loosened to 3)
  • Race
  • When Possible Time of Blood draw (am/pm)

Match Ratio: 1:3

Match Technique: Individual matching only non-cases as controls.

Additional Matching Comments: Single control hand selected lacks necessary follow up time.
