Inclusion Criteria:

• Baseline Questionnaire or Case
• Non Rare Cancer in Non-Cases
• No Prior History of Any Cancer
• No Cancer in Non-Cases
• Has Any Serum
• Has .25ml of Pre-DX Most Distal Serum
• Matched at a 4-1 Ratio
• Limit to Those with Serial Samples

Matching Factors:

• Gender
• Month of Draw (2 month groups)
• Year of Draw
• Race (if case ignored)
• Age at Randomization (5 year intervals)

Match Ratio: 4 to 1

Match Technique: Individual matching only non-cases as controls.

Additional Matching Comments: Initial match was 4-1, it was then pared down to 2-1 based only on those with serial samples.
