  • All I-Arm Males
  • No Rare Cancers
  • Adequate PSA
  • Prostate Cancer DX Before 09/T13
  • No Missing Damico Scores
  • Has Any Serum
  • Has Pre-DX Serum
  • Most Proximal Serum Draw to Dx is 0-7
  • Selected at a ratio of 600/total eligible controls in each cell
