  • No Prior History of Any Cancer
  • White, Non-Hispanic
  • No Rare Cancers in Controls
  • Not From Hawaii Center
  • Buffy Coat/DNA Ext. from Buffy/Pending Extraction from Buffy
  • Pre-DX Material
  • Rematched

Matching Factors:

  • Gender
  • Age at Randomization (5 year intervals)
  • Fiscal Year of Entry
  • Material Study Year
  • Time on Study

Match Ratio: 2-1 control to case ratio

Match Technique: Frequency matching with replacement and cases as controls (Incidence Density)

Additional Matching Comments: Cases were intially matched to all controls and then a rematch was done to replace non-gwas controls with gwas controls.
