Inclusion Criteria:

• Intervention Arm Males
• No Protocol Violations
• No Non-Asians from Hawaiian Center
• Incident Cases, Non-Cases Drop Through

Matching Factors:

• Year of Randomization
• Age at Randomization (5 year intervals)
• control study year at/after case study year

Match Ratio: 1 to 2

Match Technique: Frequency matching only non-cases as controls.

Additional Matching Comments: Matching was only done on aim2/african amerian population
