• No Prior Hysterectomy
• No Prior History of Cancer
• T0 Serum
• Periods stopped because of menopause/surgery/radiation/drug therapy (cases pass through)
• Controls: no confirmed cancer
• Two to One Individual Match (Main pop)
• Has T1 Serum Available
• T1 Serum Selected

• Age at Randomization (5 year intervals)
• Race
• T0 Draw Year
• Time of Day of Draw (AM/PM)
• Hormone Use
• Study Year

Match Ratio: 2 to 1
