Inclusion Criteria:

• Has followup past T1 blood draw
• No history of breast cancer prior to trial entry
• No Rare Cancers
• Was not taking HRT at baseline (or ER- case/control)
• Definitely Post-Menopausal at Baseline
• T1 Parent Serum
• Pre-DX T1 parent Serum

Matching Factors:

• Hormone group (never or current hormones)
• ER Status (for current hormone users only)
• age in 2 year groups
• month of T1 blood draw in 3 month groups
• year of T1 blood draw

Match Ratio: 1 to 1

Match Technique: Frequency matching only non-cases as controls.
