New IDATA data is now available. The Saliva Collection Form has been added to the biomarkers section and provides the timing of saliva sample collection. A new ActiHeart dataset has been added to the physical activity objective monitor section and provides heart rate and interbeat intervals on a small subset of the population.
Minor updates were made to the fitness test and accounting data.
The National Cancer Institute is happy to announce the availability of biospecimens for diet and physical activity data!
Preliminary applications will only be accepted until February 13, 2019. If you plan to submit an IDATA Biospecimen application this cycle, an approved preliminary application is required. Once your preliminary application has been approved, you will be notified and you will be able to continue and submit a full application. The deadline for full application submission is March 29, 2019.

Requests for Specimen Verification will only be accepted from November 15, 2018 through January 22, 2019 (extended from its original deadline of January 11, 2019). If you plan to submit a grant application this cycle, an approved Request for Specimen Verification is required. Please see PAR Request Form for Specimen Verification for more information. Once your Request for Specimen Verification has been approved, you will receive a confirmation letter to accompany your grant application.
The grant application deadline is February 11, 2019.
