Data Collected
Many types of data were collected as part of NLST. The purpose of this section is to explain how each type of data was collected and identify which datasets contain those data.
Types of Data Available
Arranged in a loosely chronological order, beginning with questionnaires completed near the start of the trial, through screening, cancer diagnoses and other events of interest, and ending with information about mortality and contamination.
