There are three physical activity objective monitors and a single combined wear log covering both monitors.

HRM

The Heart Rate Monitor is a monitor that measures heart rate and interbeat intervals. The monitor was worn by a participants in a subset of the IDATA study. Participants were asked to wear the device once for seven days and to fill out a wear log. The Heart Rate Monitor was supposed to be worn at all times, including swimming or showering.

Heart Rate Monitor data are provided in three formats: by Long Source, Short Source, and Wear Log.
