Title
The "MetaboMap" project

Summary
This project aims to develop methods for meta-analyzing metabolite*metabolite correlations across metabolomics datasets. The ultimate aim is to produce a generalized map of metabolite correlations.

This is UMBC's sibling project to DCEG's PLCO-615.

Aims

1. Evaluate metabolite*metablite correlations in individual datasets
2. Test the performance of different methods for meta-analyzing correlations on these datasets
3. Assess heterogeneity of correlations according to gender, subsequent case status, and selected other factors
