Title
Human Interpretable AI Risk Prediction In Breast Cancer
Summary
We have used a private dataset to train a machine learning algorithm capable of annotating a whole slide image with various different cell morphological features and tissue type segmentations. We then use simple machine learning methods to combine these into a single risk score for the patient.
Aims

We would like to use the PLCO breast data as an independent validation method for our model. We wouldn't use it for training at all, just ensure that our model works on it as expected.
