Predictive Oncology with GenAI
Summary
We have created a image-based GenAI model for predicting the likely progression of tumors. We trained the model on the CSAW data set and now want to generalize the findings into lung cancer. The work is a preparation for the 2025 European Council for Innovation Pathfinder Challenge.
Aims
- Evaluate the ability to generalize the GenAI model for additional modalities and body parts
- Evaluate the ability to use transfer learning between cancer types
- Evaluate the model's accuracy on lung cancer
