Title
Mortality and Morbidity Following Prostate Biopsy

Summary
We will examine mortality and complications following prostate biopsy in PLCO. For mortality, the death rate following prostate biopsy will be compared to that of an appropriate internal control group without biopsy.

Aims

1. To examine the mortality rate following prostate biopsy and compare to that of an appropriate internal control group. A model will be developed to control for possible confounders.

2. To examine complications following prostate biopsy.
