Summary
We have developed a system which is capable of automatically performing a Gleason grade on a pathology slide. We are looking for an external test set we could validate our model's generalizability on.
Aims
We would like to use this data as an external test set to validate our machine learning algorithm.
Investigate biochemical recurrence with time after prostatectomy.
