Title
Development of non-invasive biomarkers to assess disease progression using patients diagnostic imaging and clinical data

Summary
We would like to study prognostic models using non-invaisve imaging (X-rays/Digital pathology), clinical variables collected in patients followed up through PLCO study. Our hypothesis includes identification of biomakers, clinical factors and genotypic differences that influence progression of aggressive cancers. We would also compare standard of care procedures effectiveness in early detection and in tracking disease progression.

Aims

1) Study ability of patients diagnosed imaging based semantics along with clinical factors as markers for disease progression.

2) Evaluate radiological characteristics along with quantitative imaging metrics on diagnostic images (X-ray) as markers for disease progression in multiple cancers.

3) Evaluate effectiveness of pathological (digital H&E) , genomic markers along with available imaging and clinical information to prognosticate disease progression.
