Title
Breast Cancer Treatment Plan Research
Summary
In this project, we seek to understand causal relationships between certain indicators (imaging, genomic, demographic, etc) and outcomes/progression, like diagnosis, breast cancer behavior, and main cause of death, of breast cancer patients. The large feature space in the dataset will help us examine many indicators and potential interaction and hierarchical effects they may have on outcomes/progression. Moreover, the large sample size will be extremely beneficial in our research, given that other datasets we have been exploring do not have a lot of observations, some have less than 300 observations in total.
Aims

The aim of our project is to identify important causal relationships, and feed them into artificial intelligence and computer vision tools to accelerate and standardize prognostics and treatment plan formation for cancer patients.
