Summary
A Deep Learning Algorithm (DeepLR, Dr. Huang, etc 2019) has been developed using the NLST data to predict lung cancer risk and to optimize the lung cancer screening interval. In this project, we will extend DeepLR to predict cancer risk from multiple cancers. The extended DeepLR will be developed using data from the PLCO.
Aims
The aim of this study is to develop a deep learning approach to predict cancer risk from multiple cancers.
