Title
Prostate Cancer Clinical Outcomes
Summary
We are trying to evaluate variables that are associated with incidence and mortality of prostate cancer and correlating them with genetic mutations. We are also assessing low risk vs high risk prostate cancer patients and correlating them with next generation sequencing results and potentially identifying specific biochemical and radiological markers to help with screening and management. With this large sample dataset we are able to validate our clinical and genomic findings and understand the role that mutations have in initiation of tumorigenesis and disease progression.
Aims

- Evaluating clinical outcomes in prostate cancer.
- Correlating genetic mutations with biochemical and radiological markers.
- Role of next generation sequencing in prostate cancer.
- Understanding genetic pathways that relate to disease progression.
