Title
Prediction of Absolute Risk of Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer

Summary
The previous absolute risk models developed by Pfeiffer et al. using PLCO datasets are valuable tools for healthcare providers and researchers. However, considering the increasing usage of TV-USG in gynecologic outpatient clinics, we hypothesized that the TV-USG data might improve a model's accuracy. Using the PLCO data, we will develop an absolute risk model using not only epidemiologic data but also TV-USG and CA125 data for ovarian and endometrial cancer. Although it cannot be generalized to other races, we hope it will prompt further modeling and validation research in the Asian population.

Aims

* To identify the TV-USG and CA125 features predicting the risk of ovarian and endometrial cancer.
* To develop an absolute risk model for ovarian and endometrial cancer incorporating TV-USG and CA125 features.
