Title
PLCO data integration to PD research as control

Summary
This project is intended to broaden the current control groups for Parkinson's disease research. We will exclude any related neurodegenerative diseases from the PLCO data by searching BCQ, COD & CMS. Once the appropriate sample IDs are determined, the data will go through the standard QC pipeline to be preprocessed in the same way as all other PD data we have accumulated. After the QC, it will be used for GWAS study and any genomic related research.
