Title
A systematic review of the benefits of screening never smokers who have a high risk of lung cancer

Summary
We are performing a systematic review looking at the screening of never smokers who are at higher risk of lung cancer. Lung cancer screening can be by any method including chest x-ray. Outcomes include detection rate, stage at diagnosis, and 5-yr survival if available.

Aims

To determine whether there is a benefit in screening any never-smoker sub-population which is at a higher risk of lung cancer.
To determine whether lung cancer is detected at an earlier stage.
