Summary
My name is Katarzyna Adamska and I am a student of Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Hadlowa) in Warsaw, Poland. My major is Big Data Analysis.
I would like to write my master degree thesis on survival analysis of prostate cancer patients. To do that I need an anonymous dataset with information such as:
patient id, tumor size, metastasis, prostate cancer in family, other cancer types in family, patient age (diagnosis date), diagnosis date, date of recurrence, date of death, smoking (Yes/No), cholesterol level, BMI, diet, sexually active (optional), PSA level.
My thesis is purely statistical and I want to explain if any variables influence the survival/death rate.
The dataset will not be shared it will only be used to calculate the survival rate.
If necessary I can ask my thesis supervisor for confirmation and I can send it via email.
