Title
Analyses using GWAS data from PLCO to evaluate genetic impact on colorectal screening and outcomes
Summary
In collaboration with the GECCO consortium, we request GWAS and covariates data from PLCO participants to evaluate the impact of genetic risk stratification using polygenic risk scores (PRS) on colorectal screening decisions and outcomes. Some specific aims are as follows.
Aims
Aim 1: Generate PRS using data from GECCO
Aim 2: PRS and risk of adenoma and advanced adenoma
Aim 3: PRS and surveillance decisions
Aim 4: PRS and risk of recurrent adenoma
Aim 5: Explore risk factor profiles of subjects in the extremes of the PRS
