Summary
I am doing a capstone project from University of Sydney on computational prediction of ovarian cancer treatment outcome by machine learning under Dr. Matloob Khushi’s supervision. I would need access to the PCLO ovarian dataset to continue my project work.
I would develop machine learning based classifier models to predict possible treatment outcome for ovarian cancer patient. My model will be trained on NCLO ovarian data.
