Title
Bioinformatics as a diagnostic tool in Liver Cancer.

Summary
We are collecting and aggregating patient diagnostic data such as age, gender, race, cancer history, tumor size, Child Pugh Score, Hepatitis and Disease history, AFP level, CEA level, etc… in order to identify early trends in Liver cancer patients. By collecting such relevant data, it will be organized into a chart and common trends will be identified and further investigated in their usefulness in the diagnosis in Liver Cancer. This is a test run for just Liver Cancer in order to experiment with the possibility of highly organized data in diagnosing cancers.

Aims

-identify early and important bio markers in Hepatocellular Carcinoma.
-build a relevant chart/dataset to store important patient data.
-use PLCO data to aggregate relevant Patient information into specific categories.
-run a trial for Liver Cnacer to identify usefulness of patient data.
-identify which treatments work well.
