Title
Neural Network Application in Medical Research with Concentration on Breast Cancer
Summary
This is for my master thesis. Breast cancer data will be studied in order to better illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of the application of neural network models with medical data system. Research methodologies include (1)basic regression model, the result of which will be used as the bottom line; (2) neural network framework, on which all deep analysis are based; (3) other machine learning models for evaluation propose
Aims

To develop a neural network framework to identify breast cancer based on observable medical indicators and indirect risk factors
To test if the predictions have acceptable accuracy rate when BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes information missing
To compare the results to the conclusion from genetic testing researches
To prove that NLP algorithms work for medical data system
To provide more information for women who have concern of developing breast cancer
