Title
Risk factor epidemiology of male breast cancer based on the PLCO trial

Summary
Male breast cancer represents a rare disease category (less than 1% of all breast cancer cases). Although numerous studies have been published before to examine and analyze epidemiological characteristics of female breast cancer, very few studies give a satisfactory account on female breast cancer. That is why there is a need for dedicated assessment of risk factor epidemiology among patients with male breast cancer.

Aims

1. Analyze risk factors predisposing to the development of male breast cancer among male participants in the PLCO trial (including assessment of the impact of family history, comorbidities and demographics).
