Title
Models to study disease progression in Lung cancer patient

Summary
We would like to study ability of clinical and quantitative imaging metrics to prognostic disease progression in Lung cancer patients followed up through PLCO study. Our hypothesis includes development of quantitative imaging features on X-ray images and use clinical factors to develop prognostic models.

We will also like to evaluate effectiveness of clinical factors in lung cancer and validate its effectiveness in our local cancer centers cohorts.

Aims

1) Evaluate radiological characteristics along with quantitative imaging metrics on pre-diagnostic X-ray images as markers for disease progression.

2) Evaluate effectiveness of pathological, genomic markers along with available imaging and clinical information to prognosticate disease progression
