Data analysis and prediction in R language

Summary
I am the university student in information technologies. In Slovakia we have a bachelor degree. To get it, we need to do some research and specific work.
My work needs data from real patients,who had a cancer, and factors which influenced their sickness. Then I will use clustering based on certain dataset variables and try to find interesting and unexpected relationships between these variables. Next I will make a logistic regression - model in R language and I will train this model with these data. Then I will connect model with a graphical user interface.

Aims

Make an application which could predict cancer.
