Title
Prediction of a cancer in R language

Summary
I am the university student in information technologies. In Slovakia we have a bachelor degree. To get it, we need to do some research and specific work.
My work needs input data from real patients,who had a cancer, and factors which influenced their sickness.
Then I will make a linear regression - model in R language and I will train this model with these data. Then I will connect model with a graphical user interface.
An output will be an application - user will get data and information about himself to the application and application will tell him, if he would have a cancer or not - predicition based on trained model.

Aims

Make an application which could predict cancer - based on existed data.
