Title
Examining Trends in Prostate Cancer Diagnosis, Treatment and Mortality
Summary
The purpose of this study is to attempt to identify factors in the patient reported questionnaires that may aid clinicians in identifying patients at high risk for prostate cancer diagnosis and its implication on treatment and mortality. The group of patients with early mortality from prostate cancer would also be examined to determine the impact of PSA screening and treatment intervention on mortality outcomes.
Aims

1. To determine factors in the patient reported questionnaires that may aid in prostate cancer diagnosis
2. Evaluate the impact of PSA testing in symptomatic patients in terms of cancer diagnosis and mortality outcomes.
