Title
Predictors of successful polypectomy

Summary
There are several factors which have been identified as correlating with successful polypectomy during lower endoscopy. However, these factors have not been evaluated in a large dataset such as PLCO. We hypothesize that polyp characteristics will be associated with successful polypectomy, as well as need for further surgical or endoscopic intervention.

Aims

We aim to evaluate patient-level predictors of successful polypectomy
Correlate polyp characteristics with successful polypectomy
Correlate polyp characteristics with need for further surgical intervention
Evaluate factors contributing to a polyp being high-risk for complication after polypectomy
