Title
Bladder Cancer Incidence and Smoking

Summary
The proposed study aims to evaluate the role of specific smoking behaviors in the development of bladder cancer. While the effect of smoking has been generally well established, there has been minimal analysis of smoking exposures. To that end, this study aims to use data from the SQX to assess the attributable effect of not just individual smoking habits, but also the effect of lifetime exposure to smoking.

Aims

1. To evaluate the attributable effect of smoking on bladder cancer incidence and outcomes
2. To evaluate the attributable effect of smoking exposure on bladder cancer incidence and outcomes
