Title
Use of Machine Learning and Decision Classifiers in the Analysis of PLCO Ovarian Data

Summary
PLCO Ovarian data will be analyzed using statistical machine learning approaches and decision classifiers to discern relevant features in imaging and other clinical metadata for disease characterization.

Aims

1. Explore the application of machine learning to the available clinical and other relevant metadata to extract features.
2. Build and test a decision classifier for data characterization.
