PLCO EEMS Round 23 will begin accepting preliminary applications on January 2

Preliminary applications for PLCO EEMS Round 23 will only be accepted from January 2 through February 15, 2017. If you plan to submit an EEMS Application for Biospecimens this cycle, an approved preliminary application is required. Once your preliminary application has been approved, you will be notified and you will be able to continue and submit a full application. The deadline for full application submission is April 3, 2017.
