Title
Image-guided Lung Intervention
Summary
We are developing a commercial image-guided robotic system for transbronchial lung biopsy and a commercial system to enable image guided surgery on da Vinci systems. We are using the CT data in the NLST dataset to help develop detection/segmentation algorithms to enable image guided interventions.
Aims

1. Manually label anatomical structures from CT dataset.
2. Use the manual labels to evaluate the automatic and semi-automatic detection and/or segmentation algorithms.
3. Use the manual labels to train machine learning models to detect and/or segment certain anatomical structures.
4. Use the CT images for other algorithm research and development.
