Ovarian Cancer Health Disparities in the Aging Population of the United States
Summary
This research project is intended to be used as the capstone project for Adrian N.S. Badana, who is a Master of Public Health candidate with a concentration in Epidemiology at the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health at Georgia Southern University.

This project will utilize the comprehensive ovarian cancer dataset to examine differences in ovarian cancer in older women in the United States based on race/ethnic groups and screening by age level. The project will also analyze other independent variables, for instance: educational level, body type, and occupation.
Aims

To uncover health disparities in older women in the United States.
To examine the effect educational level, body type and education level have on ovarian cancer.
To examine differences in screening practices based on race/ethnic groups and age level.
