Updated Likelihood ratios for bayesian analysis of Pulmonary Nodules

Summary
I am creating a calculator similar to Jud Gurneys prediction model that uses a bayesian analysis to predict the probability of malignancy in pulmonary nodules. I am starting a fellowship at National Jewish Health and I would like to validate these likelihood ratios for my research project

Aims

To update likelihood ratios used in calculating the pretest probability of malignancy of pulmonary nodules. Hopefully increasing the accuracy of our clinical decision tools
