Title
Applying LungRads to NLST
Summary
LungRADs is a scoring system for low-dose CT screening developed by the American College of Radiology (ACR) that is analogous to BIRADS for mammography. We are interested in the LungRads classifications when it is applied in NLST.
Aims

1. To determine the distribution of LungRads scores for subjects with and without cancer in NLST.
2. To assess sensitivity, specificity and PPV using LungRads applied to NLST, using the LungRads cutoff of 3 to define a positive screen.
3. To ascertain the reasons for false negative screens using LungRads.
