Title
Generalizability of the PLCO
Summary
The goal of this project is to evaluate methodological challenges of the PLCO trial to inform future simulation and modeling aims. Previously we have focused on the lung component of the PLCO, but for this project we focus on the colorectal screening arm and prostrate screening arms.
Aims
We aim to:
1. Compare the baseline trial characteristics against a target population that would be eligible for screening, and conduct a generalizability analysis if feasible.
2. Examine the extent of non-adherence in the PLCO Data and model predictors of non-adherence.
