Title
Prostate Cancer Patient Prognostic Score Based on WSI, Genomic and Clinical Information
Summary
This project aims to construct a comprehensive, multi-modal pathological scoring system to more accurately predict the prognosis of prostate cancer patients. This system will help monitor the postoperative treatment outcomes of patients and provide support for clinical decision-making by physicians.

The construction of the multi-modal pathological scoring system is primarily based on Whole Slide Images (WSI), genomic data, and clinical information, which will facilitate the full utilization of all available patient information to conduct as comprehensive an analysis of the patient's condition as possible.
Aims

The project mainly includes the following three objectives:
1. Construct a multi-modal pathological scoring system based on prostate cancer WSI and clinical information from the PLCO, as well as other public or private datasets.
2. Predict patient pathological scores based on biopsy WSI. This helps in formulating patient treatment plans and can be combined with automated biopsy devices to assess the patient's condition.
3. Predict patient pathological scores based on treatment surgery WSI. This can predict the patient's treatment situation and help provide early adjuvant treatment for patients with a high risk of biochemical recurrence.
