Title
A study on the relationship between PNI and all-cause mortality in lung cancer patients
Summary
Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high incidence rate and mortality in the world. Although targeted therapy and immunotherapy have altered the survival time of some patients, there are still very few practical clinical markers that can effectively predict patient survival. This study focuses on clarifying whether the novel prognostic marker PNI (Prognostic Nutritional Index) is associated with the survival of lung cancer patients, and whether this marker can predict the prognosis of patients
Aims

1.We need survival information for lung cancer patients, including survival time and survival status
2.The causes of death in lung cancer patients
3.Basic demographic information of lung cancer patients, including age, gender, race, etc
4.The laboratory test results of lung cancer patients include five classifications of blood cells, blood biochemistry, serum albumin, liver function, kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipids, etc
5.Smoking and drinking history of lung cancer patients, previous disease history (such as hypertension, diabetes, nephropathy, cardiovascular disease, etc.)
