Summary
The general purpose of this study is to attempt to validate and further enhance a lung cancer risk prediction model developed in the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal and Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial data. The PLCO model is describe in the following paper: Tammemagi CM, Pinsky PF, Caporaso NE, et al.
