Title
XECAN and Rescue Lung CTLS Registry
Summary
XECAN and Rescue Lung Society has developed a Clinical Trial Lung Screening Registry that implementation will potentially be most helpful to two types of organizations. First, programs with the least financial support, such as those in underserved communities where any additional cost can be a barrier to starting and running a CTLS program. The second is organizations already doing research studies or wanting to do research studies. The registry provides an easy way to record and analyze relevant data as well as providing an easy way to collaborate with other organizations.

We will be utilizing the NLST data and images to train our AI Algorithmic model to optimize data analysis for predetection probabilities. To which we aim for our AI Algorithmic model to be available for commercial/public use when successfully optimized.
Aims

There are three central goals for the RLS Registry:

*Provide an affordable, user-friendly mechanism for healthcare organizations offering CTLS services
*Enable participating providers and institutions to best assess the quality of care they provide by benchmarking their performance against peer facilities in real-time
*Facilitate research that informs the development of future CTLS clinical guidelines and solutions

The Registry will offer unparalleled simplicity of use by:

*Offering registry membership at low or no cost to participating institutions
*Creating the capability to accept automatic data uploads from participating institutions
*Accommodating all CTLS structured reporting systems
*Providing immediate access to each participating institution’s data
*Enabling multi-institutional quality improvement and research collaborations
