Title
AI Empowered CT guided Robot Assisted Needle Targeting

Summary
As robotic assisted interventions become more important, use of AI in conjunction with robotic procedure for improving clinical outcomes is increasing being explored. This project involves evaluating via a large dataset such as the NLST, the performance of the AI algorithms involved in lesion detection, segmentation and path planning.

Aims

Evaluate AI algorithms involved in lesion detection, segmentation and path planning

Collaborators

Dr. T. Kawai, Nagoya City University Graduate School of Medical Sciences
Dr. W. L. Ng, University Malaya Medical Centre
