Title
Validation of a survival prediction model in participants with lung cancer

Summary
External validation of artificial intelligence survival prediction models in participants with screening-detected and non-screening-detected lung cancer. The models will be developed outside this project. That is, the NLST data will be used for external validation, not for development. Discrimination and calibration will be evaluated.

Aims

To externally validate artificial intelligence survival prediction models using screening CT scans and/or clinical data in the NLST data.
To validate model performance in screening-detected lung cancers and non-screening-detected lung cancers, separately.
