Title
Interaction analysis between genetic risk and environmental factors of prostate, bladder and renal cancer
Summary
Cancer is a disease with high incidence rate and high mortality rate in the world. It is important to explore the risk factors of prostate cancer for the decision making of risk management options. The occurrence of prostate, bladder and renal cancer are closely related to genetic factors and living habits. For example, people with more sexual activity have an increased risk of prostate cancer. High fat diet is also related to the disease. In addition, the incidence of prostate cancer may be related to race, region and religious belief. We are going to use PLCO database to stratify the population according to genetic factors, and explore whether good living habits play a positive role in improving the risk of disease caused by genetic factors, as well as the negative effect of bad living habits on the risk of disease.
Aims

This study aims to explore the effects of genetic factors and environment on prostate, bladder and renal cancer incidence rate, and help identify individuals with high risk of cancer to promote decision-making on lifestyle changes to individualize prevention.
