Title
Analysis the tumor character and clinical data

Summary
We develop the algorithm to segment and analyze the pulmonary lesions for tumor property analysis and reference information of radiation therapy plan. We will plan to use not only segmented CT image but also clinical data including pathology images for analysis the lesions. We would like to evaluate and improve our algorithm according to these data sets so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy. Information for Bronchopulmonary segment of tumors would help us to segment tumor and other organs from 3D volume.

Aims

1. To develop, evaluate, and improve the (semi-)automatic lung tumor and other organ segmentation algorithm
2. To develop, evaluate, and improve the analysis condition of disease from medical image and clinical data including pathology image
